The Val Badia is also known as the "Heart of the Dolomites". Here Ladin traditions meet hospitality and cosmopolitan inhabitants. Thanks to its geographical position, the valley has been a popular holiday destination in summer and winter for decades. The majestic Dolomites such as the Sella massif, the Sassongher, the Heiligkreuzkofel, the Lavarella and the Conturines peak proudly rise into the sky. Adventures are pre-programmed in the Puez-Odle and Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Parks.

The villages of the Val Badia with the MUSE.holiday apartments offer a wide range of sports and leisure activities all year round. The Dolomite Valley consists of three main villages: Corvara (with the adjacent Colfosco), the perfect holiday resort for winter sports enthusiasts and ambitious skiers; Badia (with La Villa and San Cassiano), surrounded by untouched nature and the traditional Ladin farms; La Valle, made for those seeking peace and quiet and mountain lovers.

Despite the impressive tourist development of the last decades, Val Badia has preserved its authentic character and its remote places as well as its ancient language, Ladin.

Hiking, mountaineering, trekking, climbing, mountain biking, golfing, horse riding in summer or skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, ski touring and snowshoeing in winter: There is a lot of variety in Val Badia. The skiing areas Alta Badia and Plan de Corones attract with their modern lift facilities. Another highlight is the Sellaronda tour.
