We will support you in finding the ideal holiday flat, the perfect chalet or a relaxing farm holiday. Our experienced team is at your disposal for any concerns, questions, enquiries and bookings - from 8:00 to 18:00.

Assistance in planning the journey

We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information on your arrival and, upon request, assistance in planning and booking a transfer

Support with booking additional services

We are happy to help you find and book various additional services. This includes things like ski and bike rentals, guided hikes and tours, and a wide variety of activities.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out are quick and easy in our Ortisei office. Upon arrival, we will of course provide you with lots of additional useful information for your relaxing holiday in South Tyrol.

Support hotline

When checking in at our office, we will give you the telephone number of our support hotline, which can be contacted during office hours for any kind of request. For instance, you can get information about your holiday flat, the surroundings, various activities, etc.

Free “Mobilcard”

The Mobilcard is also waiting for you in our office. With it you can enjoy free and unrestricted use of all public transport in the South Tyrol region throughout your stay.

Dolomiti Superski skipass service

When booking a winter holiday, we will email you a link that will allow you to purchase your ski pass online. We will then give you the ski pass when you check in at our office. Now you are ready to explore the 1200 kilometres of Dolomiti Superski slopes.

Some of the listed services are currently unavailable for establishments outside of Val Gardena.
