The town center can be reached in just two minutes on foot, and the lakeside in five minutes. A grocery and beverage store is located 30 meters from the apartment at the entrance of the street. The bus stop and a pharmacy can be reached within a five-minute walk. There are several restaurants nearby, including in adjacent streets.

The Veronese shore of Lake Garda is sun-kissed, with the sun setting very late in the summer, allowing you to enjoy it all day long. Garda offers beautiful paths for walks by the lake or in the hills. Nearby, you can rent bicycles or scooters. A few kilometers away is Monte Baldo, where you can hike or ascend the peak by cable car in Prada di Brenzone to enjoy views of the lake from above.

A playground is located at the end of the street, and comfortable lakeside walks are just five minutes from the apartment. Attractions such as Gardaland, Caneva World, Natura Viva Park, and Movie Land can be reached in less than half an hour by car.
