- Inspection of the flat and (if necessary) recording of repairs that can be done by us or for which other craftsmen are needed
- Testing the functionality of all devices (TV channels, Wifi, etc.)
- Guest assistance: replacing batteries, guests being locked out, etc.
- Laundry delivery and collection
- Dismantling, cleaning delivery and installation of curtains, etc.
- Garden and flower maintenance as well as watering, mowing
- Shovelling snow, removing ice and strewing salt
- Removal of waste to the recycling yard
- Tidying up around the house
- Stairwell cleaning
- General and final cleaning of carpets
- General and final cleaning of tiles as well as bathrooms with a steam machine
- General and final cleaning of the kitchen
- Renewal of the silicone joints in the bathroom and kitchen as well as mould removal
- Inventory of the kitchen and, upon request, procuring the missing items
- Installation of information boards and/or instruction signs
