This flat, which was renovated in 2022, stands out for its symbiosis of rustic and modern, with high-quality interiors. 

It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and washing machine, an original Tyrolean living room, a separate kitchen and a furnished terrace with a view of the Dolomites. 

The modern kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Description

Apartments Berna rents an apartment renovated in 2022, inside the historical D'Alesc house dating back to 1662, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ortisei. 

In winter the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the common bus lines) stops 50 metres from the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda cable car. Buses run with a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes. 

In summer, however, the proximity of the bus stop and of the town center, where you find the Luis Trenker promenade and the ski lifts, is particularly advantageous. 

The house is also particularly suitable for families with children, as there is a small public children playground with a small football field right below the house. 

You will find various grocery shops, restaurants, laundry and other services less than 100 metres from the house.
