Professional advice when choosing your holiday home

We will support you in finding the ideal holiday flat, the perfect chalet or a relaxing farm holiday. Our experienced team is at your disposal for any concerns, questions, enquiries and bookings: 8:00-12:00,14:00-19:00.

Assistance in planning the journey

We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information on your arrival and, upon request, assistance in planning and booking a transfer.

Support with booking additional services

We are happy to help you find and book various additional services like ski and bike rental, guided hikes and tours, and a wide variety of activities.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and Check-out are quick and easy, directly at your rented apartment. Depending on the accommodation you are staying at, you do not have to come to our office to pick up the keys -  The access is provided either by PIN code, via a key box, or through personal handover on-site.

Support during your stay

During your stay, we are available as your point of contact during our office hours – for information about the accommodation, the surrounding area, or for personal tips and recommendations.

Free Transport Mobilcard (Guest Pass)

On the day of arrival, you will receive the South Tyrol Mobilcard (Guest Pass), which allows you to use all public transportation in South Tyrol free of charge and unlimited during your stay.

Some of the listed services are currently unavailable for establishments outside of Val Gardena.
