Our history, our vision

We founded MUSE in 2015 - then known as Apartment4.holiday - to help local hosts rent out their holiday apartments and make it easier for guests to find their perfect place to stay.

Since then, we’ve grown steadily: our team, our services, and our destinations. Today, we combine local expertise with innovative technology to offer owners a modern rental solution that delivers more time, higher returns, and happier guests.

With our expansion to Lake Garda and the acquisition of Hoila Guests GmbH, we’ve significantly broadened our portfolio and know-how. We now manage more than 300 apartments - and stand for quality, professionalism, and sustainable growth.
