Figs at the door in the morning, a view over the vineyards in the evening: the 40 m² Hofgarten 2 holiday apartment has been completely renovated and presents itself bright, modern and homely. A rounded archway leads from the living area into the bedroom with its double bed, where a wall light above the upholstered headboard invites you to read.

The living area offers a kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a dining table and a pull-out sofa bed for up to four people. The bathroom impresses with its level-access shower behind glass, a round mirror and a washbasin on a wooden top. A flat-screen TV, safe, free Wi-Fi, the private terrace with garden furniture beneath the fig tree and a parking space at the house complete the picture. Book your break in the middle of the vines!

Description

The Residence Hofgarten welcomes its guests on a fruit farm above Kaltern – vines and orchards all around, and a view across the valley to the mountains. Six holiday apartments are spread through the house, each with its own balcony or terrace, many of them beneath the wooden loggia with its panoramic outlook. Figs and grapes ripen among the palms in the garden, a barbecue stands ready, there is a playground with a sandpit for the little ones, and the old vaulted cellar tells of the farm's history.

A private parking space belongs to the house, the bus stop lies in the immediate vicinity, and a bakery and the Mendelbahn valley station are quickly reached. From here you set off on hikes along the South Tyrolean Wine Road, cycle tours through the orchards, or days at Lake Kaltern, the warmest bathing lake in the Alps. Book your days between vines and mountains!
