Assistance in planning the journey

We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information on your arrival and, upon request, assistance in planning and booking a transfer

Support with booking additional services

We are happy to help you find and book various additional services. This includes things like ski and bike rentals, guided hikes and tours, and a wide variety of activities.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out are quick and easy at all our destinations. You can go directly to your accommodation, without personally come to our office. 

Our MUSE.holiday apartments are equipped with a keybox or an electronic access system.

Support hotline

When checking in at our office, we will give you the telephone number of our support hotline, which can be contacted during office hours for any kind of request. For instance, you can get information about your holiday flat, the surroundings, various activities, etc.

Free “Mobilcard”

The electronic Mobilcard (Public Transport Card), will be sent you by e-mail on the day of your arrival. With it you can enjoy free and unrestricted use of all public transport in the South Tyrol region throughout your stay.

Some of the listed services are currently unavailable for establishments outside of Val Gardena.
