Villages in the Seiser Alm area

The Sciliar area is a sunny plateau at the foot of Monte Sciliar, comprising the villages of Castelrotto, Siusi and Fiè plus the Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest high-altitude pasture. Castelrotto, the largest municipality here and home of the Kastelruther Spatzen, invites you to stroll its pedestrian zone. From Siusi allo Sciliar, the Alpe di Siusi cable car takes you up to the plateau and the Dolomiti Superski slopes in no time. Fiè allo Sciliar is known for its hay baths, Lake Fiè and Prösels Castle.
