Accessibility Statement

Apartment4holiday Srl (“MUSE.holiday”, “we”) wants as many people as possible to be able to use our website and book holiday accommodation, regardless of physical, sensory or cognitive impairments. This statement applies to the website www.muse.holiday in German, English and Italian, including the offer, enquiry and booking pages.

Legal basis and standard

We follow Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act), implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 82/2022. The technical benchmark is the European standard EN 301 549, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

Conformance status

Our website is partially conformant with these requirements. We review and improve it continuously. The offer and booking pages are currently being rebuilt, and are checked for accessibility from the start.

Known limitations

  • Cookie notice: The notice is provided by an external tool. It is not yet marked up sufficiently as a dialog for screen readers, and some buttons are smaller than recommended. We are working on improving it.
  • Images: Not all accommodation photos have a meaningful text alternative.
  • Third-party content: We have only limited influence over embedded content and services from third parties (for example maps and payment services).

Assistive tool on the website

On some of our pages there is an “Accessibility” button with display options such as larger text or higher contrast. It is meant as an additional aid and does not replace the accessibility of the pages themselves.
