Chalet Ulivi is a charming detached bungalow with a fenced private garden and terrace, set in the countryside of Ceredello, behind Garda and at the foot of Monte Baldo, just a few minutes' drive from the shores of Lake Garda.

Located in Ceredello, a hamlet of Caprino Veronese, between Monte Baldo and Lake Garda, the chalet is about a 10-minute drive from the centre of Garda and its lakeshore, traffic permitting. The location is strategic: away from the hustle and bustle, it allows you to reach the various destinations comfortably even in high season, avoiding the busy Gardesana lakeside road. The bus stop, which takes you directly to the lake, is less than 100 metres from the house. The first amenities such as bakery, supermarket, bars, restaurants and pharmacy can be found in Caprino Veronese, about 2 km from the house, while the remaining shops and shopping centres are in Affi and Costermano, about 5-10 minutes away by car. Other famous towns such as Bardolino, Torri del Benaco, Verona and Malcesine can be reached in about 15 to 45 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

The main family attractions, such as Gardaland, Caneva World and Movie Land, can be reached in about 25 minutes by car, depending on traffic. The fenced private garden is ideal for letting children play safely.

The property is a detached bungalow with a fenced, furnished private garden with barbecue, immersed in the Lake Garda countryside at the foot of Monte Baldo.
