This wonderful air-conditioned chalet on Lake Garda was completely renovated in 2025 and boasts a breathtaking panoramic location surrounded by greenery.

The mountain villa is furnished in a modern Alpine style, featuring bright and warm tones and high-quality materials to ensure maximum comfort during your Lake Garda holiday.

The property is spread over three floors.

The basement level is used exclusively as a cellar. The ground floor, directly connected to the garden and terrace, offers a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen and a windowed guest bathroom equipped with sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine. On the first and top floor, a high and welcoming attic level, you will find two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one triple room with a double bed and a single bed on a charming mezzanine, as well as a windowed bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

The kitchen area is fully equipped for your Lake Garda holiday and includes a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.

You will be delighted by the outdoor spaces of this Lake Garda villa: a covered and furnished terrace with spectacular lake view, as well as a furnished barbecue area in the beautiful private garden, offering an equally stunning view over Lake Garda. They are facing westwards, grantig you evening sun and stunning sunsets.

There is no elevator between the floors, and stairs must be used.

Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge.

The charming center of Malcesine can be easily reached in about 15 minutes by car or by using the mid-station of the Monte Baldo cable car, just a short walk from the property. From there, you can continue up to the famous panoramic viewpoint or, if you enjoy hiking, walk back down to the chalet. In the center of Malcesine, you will find all essential services for your Lake Garda holiday.

Other well-known destinations such as Torri del Benaco, Riva del Garda, and Garda can be reached in approximately 10–30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. From Malcesine, you can also reach Limone sul Garda by ferry.

Children will love playing outdoors surrounded by nature, breathing fresh mountain air and watching animals grazing nearby.
