Casa Raffl offers a charming holiday apartment, fully renovated in 2024, just outside Ortisei and nestled in greenery with panoramic views towards the valley opening in Val Gardena, Dolomites.
The location is ideal for exploring not only Val Gardena but also the surroundings, such as the towns of Chiusa (Klausen), Bressanone (Brixen) and Bolzano (Bozen), all reachable by car in 30 minutes or less.
Ortisei is a 5-minute drive away or under 10 minutes using the free buses, which stop less than 250 metres from the house. There you’ll find all services, including restaurants, cafés/bars, shops and more.
In winter, the property offers a free shuttle service to and from the Ortisei lifts. It is available during the high winter season, Monday to Friday. One ride to the Ortisei lifts in the morning and one return ride from the Ortisei lifts in the afternoon are included.
From Ortisei you can take the Seceda, Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm) and Rasciesa lifts to reach the legendary Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski area, or set off on unforgettable hikes in the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.
In summer the position remains advantageous, using the free local buses 250 m from the house, which run to and from Val Gardena.
