Valdussa Panoramic Apartment is a holiday apartment completely renovated in 2026, located in Ortisei in Val Gardena, in the Dolomites. The property offers spectacular panoramic mountain views and is only a few minutes by car from the village centre.
The apartment is set outside the centre but is well connected to both Ortisei, approximately 900 m away, and the Rasciesa ski lifts, 600 m away, and Seceda ski lifts, 700 m away. The ski bus and Summer Bus stop is located approximately 100 m from the property and provides free transport to the village centre, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, rental services and Ortisei’s main amenities and attractions.
In winter, the ski bus, which stops approximately 100 m from the apartment, takes you directly to the Rasciesa and Seceda lifts in the Dolomiti Superski area. From there, you can also access the legendary Sellaronda.
In summer, hiking trails begin directly behind the house. Experienced hikers can reach Seceda, Rasciesa, Brogles and the surrounding areas on foot while enjoying the natural scenery of the Dolomites.
Families with children will particularly appreciate the property’s proximity to nature and the forest. The charming Val d’Anna, a popular destination for families, can also be reached on foot.
