All 3 bathrooms have a bidet. In addition, there is another small bathroom on the floor, equipped only with a toilet and washbasin. The master bedroom is particularly large and is the only one with an entire walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom. On this floor there is also a small south-facing balcony accessible from one of the bedrooms.

There is also a shower and relaxation loungers.The house has 3 floors in total, the ground floor is elevated and only accessible via two flights of stairs. There is no internal access from the garage, only from outside. You can reach the outdoor area of the villa using an external elevator from the garage.
