You can ski back until 100 m from the house, through the connection slope which leads down from Col Raiser bottom station until Plan da Tieja.
In Summer the Col Raiser cableway is a 10-minute stroll away, which can be avoided in the months of July and August by the free shuttle stopping 50 m from the house. The property i set in a particularly comfortable position for people seeking for easy walks and families with strollers, as the “Old Railway” walking path runs by just beside the house.
