One balcony is accessible from the living room, the other from the kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday on Lake Garda and includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

There are two balconies, both with a table and seating, ideal for making the most of sun and shade throughout the day. The shared swimming pool with garden is perfect for enjoying the warmer months.

In addition to its truly privileged location, very close to both Lake Garda and the centre of Bardolino, the property stands out for its wonderful communal garden with swimming pool.
