On the raised ground floor, where the entrance to the villa is located, you will find a modern kitchen, an elegant dining room and a spectacular living room with direct access to the pool via an outdoor staircase. There is also a guest WC next to the entrance, equipped with washbasin and toilet.
On the first floor, there is the master double bedroom, with private bathroom equipped with bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet and access to the terrace; a second bedroom with two single beds and a windowed bathroom complete with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet; and a third single bedroom, partially separated from the second, with a French bed and access to the terrace.
On the second and top floor, corresponding to the iconic tower that distinguishes the villa from the outside, you will find a charming panoramic lounge.
Finally, on the basement floor, in addition to the garage where you can park your cars and store your bikes, you will find a laundry room with washing machine, a charming tavern area with a living room and an additional kitchenette, a small movie room equipped with a double wall bed and a windowed bathroom complete with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for your holiday on Lake Garda: dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven, wine fridge, plate warmer, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and much more.
The charming pool is set within the private garden. In addition to enjoying the Garda sunshine, you can relax in the shade of the pergola, furnished for outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor shower and a proper pool house with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, so you do not need to go back inside the house.
A villa of this standard, in such a central location and so close to the lake, is a true rarity in Bardolino.
The property is equipped with two lifts: one serves the garage, pool/garden level and living room, while the other serves the basement, raised ground floor and first floor. The only floor accessible exclusively by stairs is the second and top floor.
