This apartment was partially renovated in 2020 and presents a harmonious blend of Tyrolean and modern style.

The property consists of two double rooms (one of them with a single sofa bed), both with their own balcony access, two bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, and a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed.

There are two balconies, one with a view of the Dolomites and one with a view of the forest.

The kitchenette has a dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.

The apartment is located on a high floor and can be reached by stairs only.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Description

Casa Seida offers in 2020 partially renovated apartments in an idyllic location in Selva di Val Gardena.

In winter you will find the ski bus approx. 300 metres from the house, which connects you to the Saslong/Sochers cable cars or the Ciampinoi in just a few stops.

Regular buses also stop 300 metres from the house and will take you to the respective centres of Selva and Santa Cristina in just a few minutes.

In summer, the centre of Selva can also be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes, using a small path through the forest as a shortcut. This wonderful house surrounded by nature is only a few steps away from the wood and the first mountain paths, as well as the hiking trails, which start directly in front of the apartment.

You can also relax, admiring the majestic Dolomites in the large communal garden.

Of course you will also find parking, ski storage, Wi-Fi, linen and towels.
