The apartment boasts a unique atmosphere, with intricate details and high-quality finishes that make it one of a kind.

The property includes two bedrooms: one semi-open loft with two single beds and another traditional bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink, as well as a bright living room with a kitchenette, washing machine, and a double sofa bed. Please note that the semi-open loft bedroom is located in the attic, which features a lower ceiling height. We recommend referring to photos and the Virtual Tour for a better understanding. In addition there is an additional toilet with a washbasin.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your mountain getaway: a dishwasher, stovetop, fridge with freezer, microwave, traditional oven, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishes, and much more.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of the building and is accessible via an elevator.

Casa Dolasilla offers a cozy apartment in a condominium located in the residential heart of Selva di Val Gardena, Ski-In / Ski-Out from the ski slopes of the Dolomiti Superski area and the famous Sellaronda circuit.

The location is ideal for any type of activity, with ski slopes, hiking trails, bars, restaurants, shops, and more just steps away.

During winter, the position is nothing short of spectacular for ski enthusiasts, as the Sellaronda runs practically behind the house.

In summer, hiking trails start right behind the property, leading to magical spots like Vallunga, Dantercepies/Passo Gardena with its cable car, Sai Uedli, and many other stunning places in the Dolomites.

Less than 400 meters from the house, you'll find two playgrounds, one of which includes a small soccer and basketball court, as well as the cycling path that runs through the entire Val Gardena – a true paradise for children!

The house is equipped with various amenities, including a parking space in a garage (suitable for medium-sized cars), a washing machine in the apartment, Wi-Fi, a ski storage room, free bed linens, and towels.
